At Ayodhya Prasadam, we are committed to providing quality service and transparency in all transactions. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges are granted.

  • Refunds

    Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds will be issued for successfully canceled orders.
    • Refunds are also processed for returned products after proper verification of the returned item.

    Refund Timeline

    • For canceled orders: Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • For returned items: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify the returned item(s).
    • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

    Special Cases

    • For online prepaid orders, a full refund will be provided (excluding delivery charges if applicable).
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a delivery fee of ₹110 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 1 working day.
    • We operate 7 days a week (Sunday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
    • Delivery timelines range from 1–4 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

    International Shipping

    • International orders are accepted.
    • Shipping charges and applicable VAT are communicated by our Customer Support team before dispatch.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Damaged Products

    • If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
    • The damaged item must be:
      • Returned in its original packaging
      • Accompanied by the Order ID
    • A return pickup will be arranged by us.
    • After the damaged product is received and verified, a replacement will be dispatched.
  • Non-Refundable Items

    All products sold on our website are generally non-refundable unless:

    • The item was canceled before shipping,
    • The item was returned due to damage (within the specified timeframe),
    • Or in rare cases, a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Ayodhya Prasadam.
